“Fantastic! They just completed doing vinyl in my office over a cement slab that had many cracks, lumps and irregularities. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were in grinding it flat, leveling it and making it silky smooth before they did the install. Fair pricing, courteous service and incredible care! And....they did it all on off hours so I wouldn't have to interrupt my business. :-) Cool! We are lucky to have them in town.”

“Very professional from quotation to job completion. (Approximately 400 sf of porcelain tile planks) Staff is very knowledgeable of all products and installation techniques. They have an excellent showroom and wide variety of products and price ranges. Time frame from ordering to completion of installation was excellent and on budget. “I've only ever gone to Bradford for the carpets in my homes, and I will use only Bradford in the future. We've had wall-to-wall carpets installed, stair runners installed, hallway runners installed, and purchased many different sized area rugs. The amount of options that Bradford has in store is overwhelming in a good way. If you can't find what you're looking for there, you won't find it. And even the value options are really great quality. The people who work at Bradford are super friendly and beyond knowledgeable about the products they sell. And I appreciate their honesty - they really listen to your needs and budget concerns, and they will find you exactly what you want without upselling you. I also appreciate the little things - like making scatter rugs out of the remnants for us as a gift. The installers have been prompt, friendly, and professional, and do an impeccable job.
