“I selected some beautiful 12 X 24 inch tile for a minor bathroom remodel. Vern came out to take measurements a few days later, ordered the tile, and it was delivered to the store 2 days later. In the meantime the tile installer called to set up a mutually agreeable time, explained the timeline, and then called again several times more to appraise of travel delays. The installation took place within 2 days, the tile on the first day, and the grout on the second. Bob did an amazing job. He was very professional (50 years of experience!). He also covered all carpeted walkways with canvas coverups to minimize soiling when going between the outside to cut tile, and back in to lay it. I will be looking to Nielsen's for future flooring needs. The service was tops!”
