“deHad my basement tiled with 16" x 16" Porcelain tiles. Bob was very informative during the measure and estimate. He found a tile that worked perfectly with the size of this room. The installers had to grind to level the cement before tiling, I found no dust left from the grinding, The job was originally going to take three days but their installers had it done in 2. I dealt with Jeff during the scheduling phase and he was very nice to work with. The work was able to be done while I was at work.”

“I hired Floor Coverings International to install a kitchen and bathroom floor and to tile bathroom walls. (The flooring is vinyl. The wall tile is porcelain.) I worked with Kathy who understood the effect I wanted and helped with the decisions when I needed it. She brought samples to my home. Our house is older and has idiosyncrasies that caused many issues. Before the job started and throughout the time the work was being done, many consultations were required. I was able to have personal meetings as well as email, phone and text support to handle the unforeseen. The workmanship was excellent. I've received many compliments on the finished work.”
