“The price estimate I received from All Dimensions was very competitive and they went the extra mile to accommodate me in almost everything. They showed me the carpet rolls at their shop as sometimes it is difficult to visualize how it will look after installation from a small sample piece and they did this after hours as I needed new carpet quickly. They were very eager to earn my business and understood the fact that I am making many home upgrades (before listing house for sale) due to which I was on a budget so they offered to not charge me extra for the stairs whereas other carpet guys were charging more than regular price for stairs. Time-wise, I made the decision to hire them Thursday evening and Friday morning they were at my place to start work. Initially I was a little wary about the quality of installation as I hired someone who offered the lowest price but that concern went away quickly right after they finished the first room. It was high quality installation and I talked to their main installer who has been doing this for approximately 20 years and was the top installer at the largest furnishing store in the area. They even left me a simple tool overnight which made moving heavy furniture super easy and returned on Saturday to finish the job. The installation was perfect and they cleaned up after as they were finishing each room. By Saturday late afternoon I had all new carpet installed professionally throughout. Great job, recommend them highly. I told the same to my realtor and he asked for their contact which I have passed on to him. If I need new carpet in my new home I'll call All Dimensions Floor Care without a second thought.”
