Was very indecisive on what type of flooring to use and my flooring sales person (ask for Rojulio) did an awesome job guiding me through different types of brands and the pro's and con's of each. Bonus for calling my installer to verify measurements and the right type of metal stripping to use on the top of my tile. “bob and his team installed Du Chateau hardwood floors in the main living areas of our home, and Fabbrica carpet in the bedrooms. Everything was done in the time frame promised and within budget. Measuring was done perfectly, so there was a little but not a lot of leftover materials. His crew of installers were efficient and experienced, and we enjoyed having them in our home. Although there were some problems with hardwood noise initially, Bob and his crew inspected the work and made adjustments that corrected the problems. “Andy Del Grosso is a true artist and craftsman. He and his crew installed an overlay on our front porch and driveway. The color palette and finish are beautiful...exceeding our expectations. The crew was consistently on time, performed their work efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. During the estimate and color selection process, Andy was late to nearly every appointment. He was pretty good about communicating the delays and we found it sort of charming and humorous. We're retired and didn't have to make any special arrangements to meet him. If someone had to go to some effort to be available, I could see the delays being a real frustration. Follow-up repairs also took a few months to get done and required that I repeatedly contact him for status. Finally, I cannot recommend the overlay finish on a driveway. We've had lots of chips and cracking and it's been less than 1 year since it was done. I worry that after 3 or 5 years this beautiful work will no longer look good. In areas that only get foot traffic, everything is fine. I'm updating my previous review because of recent positive experience. I contacted Andy Delgrosso about the chips and cracks reported above. He promised to come out and assess the problem within two weeks and did so. He concluded that the main problem was that the driveway and garage slabs did not have a necessary expansion joint. He offered to cut a space between that slabs and fill it with a material that would become a rubbery expansion joint. For another crack, he offered to repair it with a color matching caulk. All of this was done timely and at no additional charge.”
