“I had a two week old bad install on Trafficmaster Allure Plus Hamilton Oak flooring. There were cuts everywhere and there were bumps plus no easy transition from previous flooring or from room to room for my complete condo. Hilton head Floor Covering, Inc. reviewed the situation as did Home Depot who inspected the floor and wrote their inspection report stating that it could not be fixed. Hilton Head Floor Covering, Inc. and I agreed on a beautiful Karndean floor that looks like driftwood. The previous "new" floor was removed, the sub-floor was prepared properly to remove all staples left in by the previous installer, and did a wonderful job installing my new vinyl plank floor. It is a perfect fit and has the color of driftwood which is perfect for our Hilton Head Island condo.”

I thought I wanted sisal rugs for durability in the guest bedrooms and Brian suggested a synthetic product that looks like natural fiber but is soft on the foot. We have received a lot of comments on our tile and carpets. The staff was always respectful about our time. the basket weave tile in the master bath and shower is just what I wanted!”
