“Mr. Jones was very accessible and ready to help in a busy time for carpet installs. We were in need of a carpet re-install (salvaged from water in basement). We also needed padding replaced. They were very willing to jump right in to help - not only to supply the pad, but added this job into their busy schedule - which was at the end of their day and the same day we contacted them! Sales didn't try to over sell my needs and listened to the use of my new carpet I had 3 in my price range to chose from not just one. “We needed an estimate on flooring for our newly purchased home. The entire downstairs needed flooring and they were able to make it out as soon as we could have them. They came out and measured and within a couple days generated an estimate based on material cost and labor to install it. We didn't end up having it professionally installed by them, but we were able to use them for materials. They never once charged us for the estimate and they were extremely helpful with answering our questions even after we let them know that we didn't need them to install it after all.”

“We purchased carpet from Heritage Interiors. They came out the same day to measure, gave an estimate the next morning. They were here to install when they said they would be. We had 2 bedrooms, our sun room and the stairs to our lower level family room done. The did a beautiful job. They rolled each individual stair - not just the water fall - they are beautiful. Everyone comments on our stairs. They were finished and cleaned up in 5 hours. We couldn't be happier!”
