“From the onset of the showroom experience to the installation of the carpet in my home (entire second floor and stairs) Riemer Floors exceeded my expectations. The salesman including the owner helped my wife and I select the perfect carpeting for our home. Riemer was also flexible when I had to change my install date several times due to a stair project in my home. Lastly the installers were fantastic. Not one scratch, dent, scuff, etc. to walls or molding. The installers finished the job by picking up and hauling away all old carpeting and padding, vacuuming the floors and walked me through each area of install to make sure I was completely satisfied. The carpet install on the newly constructed stairs is amazing. The look and feel of the new carpeting is wonderful and transformed the look of our home. I look for companies with superior customer service and Riemer Floors has routinely shown me this type of service. I have used them in the past on 2-3 other occasions and each time it has been a great experience. I will be back for future flooring needs. Thank you to the entire Riemer staff.”

“Main Floor Covering brings more to the table than a quality product and price. I am impressed with the level of customer service and care. My purchase was small, about 200 square feet of flooring, with my kitchen contractor doing the work. But midway he ran out of adhesive and needed another pint or so. Main could order the smallest (1 gallon size) container in, but it would take some time. Rather than delay my installation Main just gave me a large container they hand on hand for their own installs and asked me to return what we didn't use. No charge. Then we were one tile short! Eric made sure my additional box of tiles got on the truck that day. Later, when I returned the tub of adhesive, I wanted to make a purchase of floor cleaner as a courtesy to the company that had gone out of its way for me. But, they wouldn't let me pay for it, just said to make a contribution to the 'pizza fund' which I did, gratefully. How was the pie guys? Our next project includes carpeting and Main Floor Covering is our new go-to.”

“I went to Ultra Floors based on multiple family recommendations. My builder used them 10 years ago and for that I dealt directly with them then and had a great experience. The personnel at Ultra Floors store is helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In Feb. 2016 they installed glue-on vinyl tile in my basement and Mike the installer and Trevor were very friendly, patient with my questions, clean, and worked quickly...and late-to finish. Frank, the owner, was kind enough to put a rush on my job to accommodate timing of other things scheduled. The floor looks great and we are pleased with our decision to go with it with Frank's help in deciding on the material. As for my 10 year old flooring they installed, that is holding up beautifully. The carpet in all the rooms doesn't have a ripple, wrinkle or loose spot at all. The plank wood floor is tight, squeak free, and bears all the benefits of a high quality product and install that they sold me. I would highly recommend Ultra Floors of Clinton Township, MI and will be using them again when we decide to replace the tired carpet.”
