“ModernRugs.com completed two projects for me. They made one of their patterns with my colors and they produced a uniquely shaped (kidney bean) rug that I designed. For both projects they were helpful, accurate and timely. The rugs were more than fairly priced and we are very happy with the finished results. “I purchased Karastan carpet for my basement recreation room and luxury vinyl tile for a 3 foot area in front of a walk up wet bar that I had installed. The customer service I received was outstanding. Michael helped me with the carpet and padding selection and was very patient with me as I made my decision. Once installed, the carpet feels so soft and silky to my bare feet! Stacey helped me with the selection of luxury vinyl tile to go in front of my wet bar. She spent a lot of time with me offering advice in coordinating the tile selection with my carpet, cabinetry and counter top. She even came to my house and brought samples so that I could see them in my wet bar area. She was very friendly and kind to my dog, Rocky, who was very curious about the whole process! She was absolutely wonderful and made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. Sherry coordinated the scheduling of the carpet and tile installation and was extremely patient and professional. She did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the process. The installation of both the carpet and tile was done in a very timely and professional manner. The installation of the carpet involved moving some very heavy pieces of furniture which was accomplished without complaint and with much patience. I highly recommend Flooring America and would buy from them again without hesitation.”

“Marcin both refinished my hardwood floors and installed carpet in my two bedrooms. The hardwood floors, which had been covered in carpet for over 40 years and hadn't been cleaned, or probably even looked at, in decades, looked like the floor of a crackhouse when I pulled up the carpet. Marcin and his crew made them look fabulous, and replaced the plywood (where there were radiators in my very old condo) with wood that matches pretty perfectly. He reduced the squeaking in my old, old floors by thoroughly nailing down the old boards, and in the end the original hardwood floors look amazing. Then I had carpet installed in the bedrooms- his crew showed up right on time, took care with my furniture, and left my place very clean and tidy. Thank you!”

“My husband and I hired Vertical Connection Carpet One to install hardwood floors on our entire first floor. We met with Adam, son of the owner, and he spent at least an hour with us discussing our flooring options. His expertise helped guide us into the right decision for the type of hardwood we should install. The gentleman that worked in our house were of the utmost of professionalism. They removed all of the old flooring, moved all of the furniture and then replaced it in each room. They even put the felt coasters on the bottom of all of the legs of the furniture so our new floors would not be scratched. Our hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful and have really improved the appearance of our first floor rooms. We couldn't be happier.”

“Clawes refinished my wood floors on the main floor of my house and installed new carpeting in the upper level of the house. They were on time, and did a very good job with everything. Their prices weren't the lowest for the carpeting but I did get a very nice quality product. The installation was excellent. The wood floor refinishing was priced competitively when you consider that they always apply 3 coats of polyurethane. All the other companies I talked to only apply 2 coats.”
