“Professional, did the best job one can ever imagine. Took stains out of the carpet which were there for years and nobody else could remove. The guy who came Shain was so nice and polite. He was fast and he was working so hard the entire time without taking a break in between. He explained everything which was being done. When I walked upstairs to see the job, I was so surprised of how it looked like a brand new carpet and the stain was TOTALLY gone. Not a trace left behind! I would hire this guy, Shain again without even thinking about it. You will not be disappointed with this carpet cleaning company.”

“We were referred to WC Carpenter by our realtor after moving to Virginia Beach from Richmond, Va. The house we bought had a mix of laminate, carpet and blue/gray tile and we wanted to remove all of that and replace it with new hardwood flooring. The whole experience with WC Carpenter was pleasant, from the initial meeting to last day of installation and cleanup. We really appreciated that they came out twice before quoting us a price, once for initial measuring and inspecting and again with a hardwood floor specialist and a tile specialist...we have an older home that had a large addition and there were some odd things to deal with and they wanted to be sure everything was done as seamlessly as possibly so the flooring looked like it had always been there. They even refinished the stairway leading upstairs to match perfectly with the new floors! We absolutely adore our new floors and get SO many compliments on them. We would highly recommend WC Carpenter!”

“Bill Yau was recommended to me by a stager in this area. I was working with a disabled retired Navy pilot, who need all new carpeting in his condo, which he was selling near Chesapeake Bay. There were various issues with time and money, but Bill was able to work within my buyer's parameters and the results were AWESOME! His crew worked diligently to remove the existing flooring and install the new carpeting, They kept to the schedule and the end result was beautiful. I highly recommend his services! His pricing was very competitive and the workmanship above expectations.”
