    “So many people want to make their voices heard when they have had a bad experience with an establishment or employee. I had just that but with a different carpet store and manufacturer. I came to Johnson Carpet in hopes to gain professional guidance on how to fix my issue with flawed carpet from the manufacturer and no ownership from the other carpet institute. Lori Mulder with Johnson Carpet listened to my dilemma, provided me with more than just customer service. She was professional, educated in the carpet industry and guided me to the types of carpet I needed to ensure that I would never have this issue and again. She was patient and did not just try and sell me an expensive piece of carpet but rather carpet that would meet the needs of my household. Elegant, but practical, stylish and yet would stand up to the wear and tear of a normal household. She has impeccable taste and really helped me with putting together the right color scheme with my colored walls and furniture. I wanted you know that in a day and age where customer service no longer exists , Lori Mulder represented Johnson Carpet above and beyond.
