    “Fantastic! They just completed doing vinyl in my office over a cement slab that had many cracks, lumps and irregularities. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were in grinding it flat, leveling it and making it silky smooth before they did the install. Fair pricing, courteous service and incredible care! And....they did it all on off hours so I wouldn't have to interrupt my business. :-) Cool! We are lucky to have them in town.”

Not only do they have a great selection of remnants and bindings to choose from they have plenty of alternative resources available for any type of carpeting you might need or want. They are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly during the entire process from selecting the product to installation of the product. I thoroughly enjoy working with everyone at Carpet Workroom.     “We have done business with Rugs, rolls and more a few times. As always they did a great job. We ordered the carpet and they held it while we completed other work. When we were ready, the installation was scheduled at our convenience. The installer was on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Rugs, rolls, and more.”

Not only is Kathleen extremely knowledgeable about every detail of every item, but she always hires staff , from receptionist, to designer staff, to installers, who underscore her philosophy of great service.     “Very professional from quotation to job completion. (Approximately 400 sf of porcelain tile planks) Staff is very knowledgeable of all products and installation techniques. They have an excellent showroom and wide variety of products and price ranges. Time frame from ordering to completion of installation was excellent and on budget. This was the second job of similar size Floor Source did for me at this location.”

They helped us select wonderful products and stuck with us through the challenges of getting them in a timely manner. We love the result. Ginny Rutherford a WONDERFUL designer referred us to them. I would recommend them to anyone. They really went above and beyond.”

    “I have purchased two beautiful area rugs from Rugs Done Right. On both occasions I received online assistance to help me choose the right rug for the room. The second time I purchased, the rug I selected was sold out, but the online assistant sent me several alternate choices based on the one that was no longer available. The rug I bought is even nicer than the one I initially chose. The quality of both rugs is excellent, and both are perfect in the rooms for which they were intended. Shipment was very fast, and both rugs arrived in excellent condition. I also purchased pads for both rugs, and both of those are excellent, as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the rugs and the outstanding service that was provided.”

    “Landry and Arcari have a limitless selection of carpets and rugs, a phenomenal show room in Boston. Jerry Acari and the Arcari Family are the dominant authority on everything rug. They bring to the table or in this case should we say "floor", endless knowledge and a love for what they do which comes through in their enthusiasm when discussing floor coverings. They have done some wonderful things for allot of people, their mentor ship and educating designers on the craft being one of them. Jerry has given us some great advice. He never ceases to amaze us with something new at each event he is involved with. He has been in the business a long time and knows what he is talking about. Back Bay Shutter Co., Inc.”

    “I went to Dover Rug in search for a rug for my living room. I had a very specific rug in mind. Upon entering the store, I found they had one of largest selections I had seen. The saleswoman who approached me was very helpful. She was able to show me exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed how knowledgeable she was not only of rugs but of her entire inventory. She, furthermore, offered to have the rug delivered, free of charge, to my residence so I could see it in place. They brought the rug to my home the very next day, and moved the appropriate furniture so they could lay it down properly. It looked great. I really felt good about my purchase. I was very impressed that I found the perfect rug for the right price with such efficiency.”
