“I can't say enough good things about Signature Carpet One. Not just a flooring store...they have a great selection of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertop materials and Hunter Douglas window coverings! The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had them do my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I felt at ease with their professionalism and ability to work with my schedule for installation. The crew was great. They were punctual, clean, careful, paid attention to detail and obviously took pride in their work. John and Stefy were both a pleasure to work with, attentive, understanding and communicative. They are genuinely good people that care about their family owned business. They did an outstanding job and I'm a very satisfied customer! I will be hiring them again to refinish my hardwood floors. “After trying every showroom in the bay area we ended up buying most of our tile here. Better pricing much better service than import tile. Most of what you see has to be ordered. But unlike other companies they can get everything really fast.They were also nice enough to take tile back of which we had bought too much. Talk to Max”

“Phenomenal family owned business, with great service and even better prices. We had Diablo Flooring install carpets in our bedrooms, closets, stairs and loft after we purchased our first home. They came out right away for an estimate and their prices were incredibly reasonable. They came back four days later and did the whole job and it turned out beautiful. We were so happy with how everything turned out, we even had them make us an area rug out of the same carpet that we used in the rest of the house. All in all, I would never think of using anyone else for carpet in the bay area ever again.”

“I needed to replace carpeting that was installed a month earlier because it was so ugly. I browsed at Carpetland and S& G Carpets, both in Pleasanton. Carpetland had 1) a better selection of carpets; 2) $99 coupon for entire house installation; 3) $30/room to move furniture. S&G charges 1) 99 cents/square foot for installation; and 2) $75/room to move furniture. At Carpetland, I met Jeff Ernst, who asked me about pet and people traffic. I told him the cost of the ugly carpeting. While I didn't set a limit on cost, Jeff showed me better quality carpeting and padding that was moderately more than the ugly job. When he was measuring carpeting at the house, he was thorough in explaining the deficiencies of the ugly carpeting and padding. He lent me carpeting samples. Carpetland granted me a discount for the interior designer who referred me to Carpetland. Their installation staff was friendly about scheduling the job. Luis, the installer, worked hard solo since his assistant was sick. The completed installation was tidy with finished straight alignment throughout the house. When I need carpeting or flooring at my investment properties, I will hire Carpetland.”

“We just remodeled our home and Carpetland did all of the carpets as well as vinyl in our kitchen and tiles in the bathroom. Their workmanship was wonderful! Very professional! Tina and John are great to work with in choosing materials. And the crews were very hardworking and clean up behind themselves. They ordered the materials in advance and when we were ready for installation, they brought in large crews and completed the entire project in 3 days.
