“I rent a townhouse in North Vancouver. I have lived here for 7 years and have two cats that destroyed my carpet on the stairwell. I know I would have to replace this or lose my damage deposit when I move out. However, I am not moving and the look of the stairs really started to bother me. I posted on a public Facebook page asking for a recommendation for someone who I could hire to do this. I was given Brandon's name and cell number. I knew I would be busy the next day so I asked the person if they could pass on my name and number to him as well. The next day Brandon called and we set up a time for him to come and quote me. He arrived a few days later at our scheduled time and he arrived on time! Being on time at 7am was a great first impression. He quoted me a price that was within my budget and helped me choose the best carpet for what I needed. We scheduled a time for him to come back a week and a half later. He came on a Sunday and AGAIN ARRIVED ON TIME and spent the day replacing my stairwell carpet. It was time consuming because of the old stairs that I have. He did a FANTASTIC job and I am so happy, The stairs are back to looking normal again. I was nervous at first hiring someone found by a recommendation on a social media site but I have been telling everyone about the great job he did. I will hire him again in a few years when the cats destroy the carpet again! In the meantime, I will refer him to my friends and family and whoever else may need a true flooring professional. I know that you can trust him to do a fantastic job at a fair price. He deserves every single star! He is a flooring rock star in my eyes!”
