The grout started to crack and come out. I phoned them and they took care of it at no extra cost. “I hired Floor Coverings International to install a kitchen and bathroom floor and to tile bathroom walls. (The flooring is vinyl. The wall tile is porcelain.) I worked with Kathy who understood the effect I wanted and helped with the decisions when I needed it. She brought samples to my home. Our house is older and has idiosyncrasies that caused many issues. Before the job started and throughout the time the work was being done, many consultations were required. I was able to have personal meetings as well as email, phone and text support to handle the unforeseen. The workmanship was excellent. I've received many compliments on the finished work.”
