Bayou City Steam Cleaning

Bayou City Steam cleaning recently topped my list of most professional, reliable companies in town. We needed our entire upstairs carpet steam cleaned (3 rooms, hallway, stairs) and they couldn't have done a better job. Mark was on time, professional, enthusiastic, and really made us comfortable with the process. He worked extra hard to get out some really tough spots, and afterward the carpet looked almost brand new. Really incredible. We also had our new couch treated for stain prevention, and I've heard this process can be a headache, but they made it so simple, we were able to sit on the couch and watch a movie later that night. For steam cleaning or fabric treating, you can't beat this company. Mark is truly one of a kind. Highly recommend them!

Unexpected and refreshing. From booking to completion these guys are simply higher caliber than others. Easy online quote and scheduling, text notifications, Bayou branded Nike uniforms, clear about the process - pure professionals. We needed our master shower cleaned from top to bottom - subway tile walls and cararra marble herringbone floor (a lot of grout!) - and Bayou aced it. They were on time, respectful of our home, and never changed the price with any strange fees. Our grout is back to its original color and I'm sure we'll have them out again for future cleanings.
