I was a bit dissatisfied as this professional did not spot clean some of the areas as other professionals have done before him. So needless to say I did it after he cleaned the carpets. I mentioned it to him and he just gave me a pitch that meant nothing.

Zerorez is great. I have used other carpet cleaning services, and had to go back to zerorez. You can really tell that there is no residue, unlike the shampoo type of carpet cleaning. They are easy to schedule with and show up on time.
