America's Carpet Barn

This is my fourth full house of carpet that Carpet Barn has done for me. Over the years they have been consistent and first class. I highly recommend this company and a big shout out to our installers Scotty bear and Charles! They were amazing and did a beautiful job. And in half the time as anticipated. Marcie -happy homeowner!

Do not do business with this company. They do not stand behind their products, the owner Ron is rude and disrespectful, goes back on his word verbally and written. They definitely do not believe the "customer is right" theory. The tile grout in all the rooms is cracking and coming out in pieces, tiles are cracking and many tiles make a buckling or shifting noise when you walk on them. The work is only two years old. They blame these problems on other things rather than listening and coming out and fixing the issues. The owner won't even talk to us now because I called him out on his lies. Everything we are experiencing is a symptom of a poor installation job. Save yourself a major headache or regret and go somewhere else.

Great job by Matt an Chris. Done in 2 hrs. and it looks great. They even cleaned and vacuumed before leaving. I recommend Carpet Barn.......

Craig and Jerry did a great job. In about 12:30-1:00 and out in less than two hours and did a quality job.

The people at America's Carpet Barn worked very hard to give us the best price on carpet and also to make the carpet laying experience as quick and painless as possible. They moved their schedule around to work within our tight schedule as we had company coming. Plus we get many compliments on the softness and quality of the new carpet from everyone who comes in the house. Highly recommend.
