Barefoot Flooring

If you're just looking to purchase flooring then I would recommend using Barefoot. Their staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, I would steer clear of the installers that they subcontract to. They are dishonest and inconsiderate. Our install took twice as long as the time we were quoted and the team left at 1PM each day. They also took the excess wood flooring from our home with them. I specifically asked if there was any extra flooring since we were left with only remnants and was told that there wasn't. I work from home and overheard them saying not to open another box because the job could be finished with the wood the had open. I brought this up to Barefoot when they followed up and they are supposed to be sending the box back. Had I not been home, I would have been charged for their labor and the box of wood. Based off of my interaction with them, I wouldn't be surprised at all if there were additional boxes that they took with them. We will not be using Barefoot to finish our home project because of this team.

Barefoot Flooring did an excellent job from start to finish with the installation of our new carpeting. The staff at Barefoot and the installers were professional, responsive, and very helpful. The installer did a great job. They were very careful with the moving of our furniture both before and after the job. I would highly recommend Barefoot Flooring.

It was great working with Barefoot Flooring. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their recommendations were perfect. The cost was very fair and more than competitive. The installation of both hardwood and carpet was exceptional. The installation of the hardwood took longer than expected but in the end it looked fantastic and was very well done. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

Barefoot flooring was very helpful from the beginning with choosing flooring and installation was completely in a timely and very professional manner.

We hired Barefoot to install hardwood floors through out the majority of our house. Their staff is very knowledgeable about their products and offer great design suggestions. There was no pressure to purchase and they were very accommodating through all of our design idea changes. The installers were awesome! They were polite, presentable, detailed oriented, and took time to clean up each day. All in all our experience was a great one. We would definitely use them again for our upcoming flooring needs.

Excellent Service and Quality of work and product! If you are in need of new flooring I would highly recommend this company. I had requested that the flooring was to be installed if at all possible by my daughters birthday, which did not give them much time (3 weeks or so for two different styles of flooring) and they got it done! The project was for my basement which was approx. 1,000 SFT, we had carpet and dura-ceramic installed.

My overall experience was excellent! We had been working with a big box store for a quote on laminate flooring for our basement. We became increasingly dissatisfied at their level of service and responsiveness and started looking elsewhere. John at Barefoot answered all my questions, gave us a few options to consider and provided a quote right away. The installers were excellent; professional, courteous and diligent. The job was completed on time and we are very satisfied with the result. I couldn't recommend Barefoot more highly.

The floors look great, staff was knowledgeable, and they stayed in budget but communication was a problem. I had to reach out several times to the store to get logistics details on delivery and installation. They also take a credit card over the phone and write it down, but they assured me they destroy it. This is 2017, there are better ways to handle credit card information. On that note, the very next day the owners email was compromised and sending email scams. Not very reassuring.

Barefoot Flooring was very polite, professional, and skilled in their installation of our kitchen floor. They were on time, hard working, and cleaned up well after the project was complete. Their office staff was also kind and considerate. We were very pleased!!
