Bastian one carpet has been, ,, ONE BIG mistake! Price was good, however, , the rest of the experience, has been ,and continues to be a nightmare! The installers insulted my wife In our own home, then during install, sliced the carpet with a razor knife, leaving an approximately 12ft cut in the finished product. Since, we have reached out to this store and they, ,from the manager to the owner seem , not interested in listening or trying to make right. Don't waste your money! You work way to hard for it in today's time. DISAPPOINTED,
