Paul and Luke did a professional job and then some when they laid flooring in my house on 9/6/22. All joins are tight; all lines are straight. No floor squeaks; no loose spots. They solved a problem I didn't expect to be solved: some rooms already had floor strips; I didn't think it and the new strips in the remaining rooms could be made to line up. Luke and Paul lined up the flooring to make it look like it had all been laid down in the same job. Beyond that, they work smoothly and efficiently. They don't look rushed, yet they don't waste time. I imagine Bay View's other crews are just as professional. But next time I call Bay View, I'll ask for Paul and Luke.

I recently purchased Hunter Douglas wood blinds for the bay window in my living room. Marcia Jones was our sales consultant from Bay View Flooring and Design Center; she did an amazing job of presenting the options and helped us choose the perfect style and color for our house. Jeff also deserves a shout out! He measured the windows and installed the blinds...he's a perfectionist! Thanks Marcia and Jeff! The blinds are a wonderful color match with the window trim, and the room now looks complete.

I shopped around for some time before finding my way in to Bay View. I visited the big box stores and several local shops (including one in Grawn, MI where the salesman had to force himself up out of his chair to even help me, then tells me to email him the specifications for which I never got a response). That experience quickly reminded me of the value of customer service and why I needed to run, not walk back to Bay View. The product is beautiful and Marcia was great!! My highest recommendations!
