Best Buy Flooring and Granite

The crew that did my ceramic flooring left messes, razor blades, grout on my new carpet/walls and ruined my sons rug. They made a horrible unprofessional tile cut in a bathroom and said it can not be fixed . The crew that did my laminate and carpet was great but if they do a crapy job don't expect them to compensate you for their screw ups! You'd think when someone spends $15k they'd at least try to fix everything they screwed up. Did anyone even ask me if I was satisfied? NO, when I voiced my issues, the response "oh I'm so sorry that happen to you." Two years later, my flooring is separating and I have to replace/fix it it at full cost.

Toby with Best Buy Flooring and Granite on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge gave a competitive estimate to remove approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of existing wood flooring and installation of new wood flooring consisting of four bedrooms and closets, hall, formal dining room and living room. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional and completed the work in just one week as scheduled. The new flooring looks absolutely beautiful. Toby and all of the staff were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Best Buy Flooring and Granite.

I hired Best Buy Flooring and Granite to install new carpet and ceramic tile in our Master bedroom. We had a bad storm and our bedroom was flood with water from our patio door. The company had a rep come out and measure, we picked out carpet...., it was ordered. It came in pretty quick and was installed the next day. The guys that installed were very respectful, done their job and cleaned up afterwards. I was very excited to get it completed as soon as possible and it was beautiful.!!

We used Best Buy Flooring and Granite to update our kitchen with granite and to put wood floors in our house. The staff was very professional, efficient and easy to work with. We highly recommend Best Buy and we definitely use them again!

Bridget, the saleswoman, was attentive and punctual, working her schedule around ours to visit and show us floor and granite counter top samples. Bridget even met with us on her day off to review products. She stayed in close contact updating us on any and all update regarding our floor choices. They have beattened all competitors prices. We are still in the construction process but they have promised to continue to provide us with the best installation of all flooring and granite slabs. Very satisfied! Will use them again on our next new construction.
