Carpet One Mentor-Showroom

EXTREMELY SHODDY WORKMANSHIP. Sheet vinyl was butchered, had to be torn out, reordered and reinstalled, still with installation problems, hard surface vinyl click tiles had to be reinstalled twice also, still with installation problems. With the shoddy hard surface flooring installations we weren’t taking any chances with them installing whole house carpet. What a nightmarish experience with them!

We had water damage which required major remediation and renovation. Carpet One was highly recommended to handle the flooring portion of the project. We worked with Stacey. She was great to work with and helped with selection of floor tiles, scheduling and handling coordination with our insurance company. The job turned out to be more intense in terms of labor and time but they handled it with professionalism and provided a high quality project. Everyone involved was great to work with and made a difficult time much easier on us. I would not hesitate to recommend Carpet One to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Carpet One Mentor! From the moment I stepped into their showroom, and WOW what a variety!, I was greeted warmly and shown carpet in all budgets. I ordered my carpet and was called for installation dates and times within a short period of time. They worked around my personal schedule with ease. I had some concerns about heavy furniture being moved but I was told my carpet installer would handle everything! My installer was very nice, worked efficiently and moved all my heavy furniture back without a scratch! I would recommend Carpet One Mentor to ANYONE and EVERYONE! Quality carpet, Quality service, Quality salesmen and installers.

Carpet one has quite a nice selection of products . Laura the sales person , owner is wonderful . Laura is the reason I purchased from the store . The install was a little slow and the installers late but they did a beautiful job . Patience is required . Overall very satisfied with the quality of the install .
