Dearing Floor Center

I have used Dearing for 3 separate flooring projects due to my work as a realtor. I have had a great experience each time and refer people to them when I can! Very professional showroom and the installers are great to work with as well.

Did my whole house. It looked horrible. Every room had problems. All had to be redone. It got to the point that we were too nervous to allow any of their flooring people in to make repairs because they all did such poor work. Neighbors had problems as well.

I ordered flooring in mid February. The owner, Jerry, took the order and filled out the paperwork. A month goes by. No call. Finally, on March 15, I call to see what is going on. The young woman tells me that the flooring has been in for over a week but that the owner had not written down our number so they could not call us. If they had put a card in the mail, we would have gotten it in a couple of days, so it's clear they made no attempt to contact us. I tell the woman that I want my money back. She said that was possible because they hadn't cut the flooring. Then, Jerry calls back and says, no, they can't give us our money back and that we should have called me. It was OUR responsibility to CALL THEM! I wanted to do business with a local company, but I regret that now. Based on other complaints I have read, they do not deserve to be in business.
