We take pride in providing excellent customer service and technical service like none in this industry...particularly to DIY customers.
Based on the information provided by Hunter we recommended a clear coating system. It consisted of primer (Perdure E02), Body coat (Perdure E10) and a polyurethane top coat (Perdure U46). During our initial conversation Hunter mentioned to us that the floor is in good condition. Before and after purchase of the products we have had 6 to 8 telephonic conversations and 4 to 5 email conversations. Everything seems to be going good until Hunter saw roller marks on the floor after the application of the primer, Perdure E02. These roller marks were visible only in a very small portion of the floor (80 to 100 sq.ft. area of the total 1000sq.ft. area). The reset of the area had no problem. We informed Hunter that there must have been something on the floor (cure & seal, solvent, paint or any foreign matter) that was applied before the application of the primer. this caused the roller marks to show up. It is absolutely illogical that a clear sealer will show roller marks only on a small portion of the whole floor! We offered Hunter a solution to fix these roller marks but he decided to go another route.
If there was any problem with the product (Perdure E02), it will not cure (or harden). Perdure E02 cured properly. If the roller marks were appearing due to some mysterious ways, why they were showing up only on 80-100 sq.ft. area? The products supplied to Hunter were absolutely of very good quality. The existing concrete surface had some foreign matter which was causing those roller marks to show. These are clear coatings. Any imperfections that are existing on the concrete surface will show through. In fact, this characteristic of concrete makes them very appealing to some people.
Everyone is entitled to have their opinion. But, before pointing fingers at others one should realize that there are three fingers pointing at themselves.
