Trent and his team were the worst mistake a homeowner could make. He was hired under a General Contractor to complete the tile on a bathroom remodel. I did not like Trent's attitude towards me from the start but then the work started. Crooked tiles, cut wrong, chipped, installed badly, and he wanted to charge $10.00 a tile, which is at Lowes for $1.49 a tile. After four months, mis-matched grout, uneven shower floor, uneven tiles, and no silicone barrier so the shower leaks into the walls he was fired. He still billed me for the tiles. Trent and his team did a wonderful job with the flooring in our new house. He was honest and in depth on all of details of the work to be completed. The team completed all work according to the estimated timeline.
