Floor City

I ordered my flooring on 2/8, I was told 5-7 business days for delivery. I hired a contractor and put my dates on their calendar. The flooring is not coming for 4 weeks!! Unacceptable! I wanted the flooring by 2/21. They state it is slated to come 3/1-3/7 now! No accountability

This was a very frustrating experience. The price was comparable to other online flooring outlets but they offered faster shipping (7 - 10 business days), which was the main reason I chose them. In the end, after shipping errors on their end and much back and forth, the flooring was delivered on business day 16, which put my tightly scheduled project in jeopardy and ended up costing me significantly more money to get done. I would not recommend FloorCity if you need reliable/timely shipping.

I was curious about what kind of floor could help protect my bathroom since it is prone to water, the salesman I spoke to Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained, one of their most popular flooring solutions on the market right now was a laminate flooring called Calypso. After doing some research myself, I found the product to be exactly what I need! The flooring specialist I talked with not only quoted me a great price, compared to others in the market selling the same flooring, but also walked me through the process of installing it myself. Although I only received an estimate, I do believe I have found my favorite online flooring company. I will definitely be contacting them when I am ready to start my project next summer. Customer service goes a long way and they just made me a customer for life.

In an attempt to match a current tile, I ordered tile from floor city, obtained my order confirmation, paid the money and thought I was set to go. Three days later I got contacted by them where they explained that they were going to add a 150 dollar shipping charge. I explained that this put me in a difficult position with timeline and budget and they continued to simply discount my concerns and explain that it wasn't their fault. A significant part of the problem was talking with someone who stated he was the owner who was very rude to me as I was explaining my concerns. I understand that businesses make mistakes and you cannot always fix them. However, I would hope that they would at the very least listen to concerns and seek to correct them for future customers.

Best prices on flooring. I call around and couldn't find anyone with a better price on Armstrong laminate flooring. Seriously, these guys are great, and the super-low prices are just a bonus.

They were honest, reliable, and the work was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the craftsmanship of the installer's tile, plank flooring and counter top's work that they did. They were friendly and helpful when I had questions.
