This place is so incredibly frustrating. First, our sales person was out of the office for a month and no one else was able to handle our order despite being repeat customers. Next, it took them weeks to get out to our house to take measurements. After measurements were done, and after we selected carpet, they said they'd get us on their schedule for install, which was over a month later. On the day scheduled for install, they didn't show up--no call, no show. When we called, they said they would come on another day. On that day, they dropped the carpet pad off and didn't install anything. When we called to find out why, they said that they needed further instructions from us about the areas in which the carpet would be applied. So, instead of calling us on the day they were supposed to install (and dropped off the pad), they just left because they needed further instruction. We called again. They said that they would install on another day. On that day, again, no call, no show. When we called, they said that they had to send the carpet to "binding" and would need another week to have that done. Now, we can't even get a firm answer on when our carpet will be installed and they've been holding up the rest of our construction project now for months.

I needed a custom carpeted runner for a difficultly designed hallway. Also it need to pull well visually from the Vermont slate in my foyer. Service from Michael was above and beyond. The runner is beautiful as well as functional. I will definitely utilize their services in the future

I hired Floor Covering Brokers to install carpet. They were fairly priced and delivered a good turnaround time. There was an unforseen problem on leveling needed on a basement floor before carpet could be installed. They adapted quickly and I was still able to keep my timeline. They quoted a fair price for this extra, performed this part the same day, and followed the next with carpet.

Start to finish, my experience was first rate. The showroom has a multitude of choices, but the best thing is that there are areas of their floor with the various coverings applied. You can walk on it! The designer I worked, Kristin, was so knowledgeable and helpful in my making the best decision for my particular situation. Then Mike, the installer was careful, tidy and did a suburb job. We're planning to use FCB for a project we have coming up in a year.

I dealt with the new Acme branch of the store. Explained to the sales Person Elizabeth, what I was looking for and price range. She is also an interior designer as I recall. Found what I liked with her help very quickly. Was able to bring home a large sample of the carpet and returned same afternoon to complete the purchase. No problems with installation and will return when ready to replace bedroom carpet.

We had to replace the living room rug after some pet problems in our old rug. Floor Covering Brokers found the perfect carpet that was a near match to old one and installed it beautifully. There are some challenges with pillars and a large bay window in the room but their installation is great. you can not see any cut lines and the pattern works thought. Easy to work with, well priced and incredible installation. We will use them again.
