I made an appt. for a quote from Bonnie Clevenger. She arrived on time and was so persuasive that I hired her on-the-spot. I needed to have my 28 year old white oak hard wood flooring sanded, stained, and resealed. We set up an appt. to start the work that day. Her workers arrived on time. They were professional, polite, and answered all my questions before proceeding any work. My floor looks wonderful. I'm very pleased with outcome.

I didn't realize just how beautiful our floors were until we had them refinished! After discussing which stain color to choose, they came to our home and stained a sample of each of my top choices directly onto my floor, which made making a final decision so much easier! The finished product turned out even better than I had imagined and made our space seem larger and more polished looking. Photo 1: On our 60-year-old red oak floors, we chose a 50/50 blend of Classic Gray and Special Walnut, satin finish. It turned out a timeless light neutral brown, with slight gray undertones. It will blend perfectly with the current gray trend, but will age well when styles shift. Photo 2: The two samples on the floor are 50/50 Classic Gray & Jacobean (L) and 50/50 Classic Gray & Special Walnut (R). This photo was taken at night in artificial light. In daylight, the color was slightly lighter. Our floors really absorbed the stain colors, making the Jacobean blend far too dark for what we were looking for.

i had never used this company before, much to my regret. From the moment Lindsay arrived at our home with her truck full of samples and a head full of knowledge, this was an excellent, highly professional experience. Our installer, Alfred, was the best. He completely took the stress away, which was not easy b/c we were recarpeting our master bedroom and two large adjoining closets. He knew what to do, how and when to do it, and took the extra steps to insure we were completely happy. The project ended in a professional manner when Jennifer came to be sure we were happy. Great experience!

Our master bedroom needed new carpeting. Lindsey was great to work with. She coordinated the heavy safe and furniture to be moved, too. Our new carpeting and pad is awesome. My wife said its like walking in the clouds. :-)

Lindsay was very professional and helpful in advising me on my tile and grout selection. I had bookmarked kitchen pictures on Houzz that I liked and she was able to tell me what they all had in common. That helped me greatly to settle on what I like and I am thrilled with my selection. I will be using her company when I redo my master bath.
