It took awhile (several years!) for us to decide to do the floorings. Reggie Keding was very helpful and patient all this time, updating the budget each time that we contacted him. Finally, when we decided it to go ahead and remove all the old carpets and linoleum, he was very patient while we chose the type and colors of floorings and so forth. This is a family business and one of a kind! Was it seamless? Well, we do not think any remodeling is but Reggie and family helped on all our doubts. We strongly recommend Floor Coverings International's-Concord!

Professional and still quite personable, you get white glove service from FCI-Concord. Six months after my install - which went without a hitch -- I called with a need for specification information, and I was helped with the same care that I met with when a new customer. We enthusiastically recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone wanting to upgrade their floors. They have a wide range of stock and their prices are reasonable. Co-owner Reggie will come to your home and is very helpful with his recommendations while remaining sensitive to your budget. The pair who installed our floors were first-rate in their skills and attentive to the subtle but important details that distinguish competent from excellent. In addition, they were high-integrity individuals who took the trouble to point out termite damage in our sub-floor, even though this stalled the timetable and cost them salary. My only small complaint, and the reason for giving the company 4 rather than 5 stars, is the peripheral items they want to sell you are overpriced. This includes a team to clean the inevitable dust that accumulates, area rug, and floor pads on the legs of the furniture.

Floor Covering International has our heart from start to finish. After 15 years of wear and tear on our floors, we were ready to make a change. We found them online. Great website Guys! Chris Harnden was our first contact. His confidence and knowledge of the products was a green light for us. FCI treated our home as their own, taking out the old floors, prepping the surface, and installing a beautiful laminate of this thick gorgeous Golden Walnut. New baseboards went on and every attention was paid to the details, even down to the huge walk-in pantry!. It was all spic and span when their team left. Completely professional company! I knew right away that they looked good, but got two other estimates on the job (installing high quality laminate in two rooms and a hallway). They were the only company that lifted a corner of the 23-year-old carpet originally installed in my condo (when it was converted from a former high school building) to check the nature of the under-flooring! That, along with other indications, led me to choose them - and I was right! the workmen were competent, courteous, and fast in completing a job that involved moving heavy furniture and replacing it in good order. Recommend them 100%!

The carpet installation is excellent. The simulated wood flooring installation was good and done in a timely manner. However, some of the flooring pieces were cut too short and the lateral movement exposes the ends from under the molding.

They make shopping for flooring so easy. It's great to be able to see and select products right in your home rather than carting a bunch of samples back and forth from a store, only to find that they don't look right once you get them home.
