Floor Coverings International-Kansas City West

I have used Floor Coverings Intl. KC-West twice for carpeting in a large primary bedroom & closet and a living room and library. Working with Ryan Hartman has been wonderful, the mobile service really helps with making selections in the actual installation space. Price included everything from pad, carpet, installation and moving of furniture and disposal of old carpet. The installation crew was great and exhibited the craftsmanship necessary for carpet installations that meet different flooring types—in my case-tile & hardwood.

Extremely professional, from consultation through completion. As an interior designer, I had a vision for our Master Bath remodel, and they exceeded all expectations, as well as quality of workmanship. The installers were absolute artists; they took great pride in doing the job right, and every night left my home clean. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire process and project!

I used Ryan for tile and wood in a house I was remodeling and he was great. Very responsive, understanding, VERY good about scheduling and moving things around - they really wanted what was best for me. I'm so glad I went with them, they were a tiny bit more expensive, but totally worth it. I've had bad experiences with smaller companies, but Floor Coverings International was a dream!

My bedroom floor was really needed to be replaced. Sam came out and gave me an estimate for new flooring and installation. He was very professional, and extremely likable. I chose the flooring and after he measured the room and told me what the company would do as far as moving the furniture, taking up the carpet padding and the old floor covering. Sam gave me the estimate, which was about $2000.00. He didn't try to pressure me into buying anything that I couldn't afford. His crew had installed under 3 hours. It is so beautiful and finally I have a flooring that is not a fall hazard. Thank you so much Sam, Ryan, Denise and crew for doing such a beautiful job! I am so pleased!!

I had a really great experience with Ryan. He was willing to meet me when it was convenient for me. Also, with having the mobile store, it was great to see all of the possible carpet options in my home, with the lighting and furniture, without having to set up another appointment. The estimate was fair and did not change. Didn't even have to move any of my furniture when they laid the carpet, all of that was part of the price. My basement carpet looks great and very professional, I am even planning to use him again for our main level carpet.

We had a great experience with Ryan and his team! We needed new carpet for our living room and stairs, as well as a durable and water-resistant option and tile for our basement. Ryan came to the house, which was SO convenient, and had several options for us to choose from. He was knowledgeable of his products and was careful to stay within our budget. The installation was on time and they did an excellent job! We are so happy with our new flooring! I would not hesitate to call him again for future needs and recommend him to everyone!
