I had a great experience working with Havertown Carpet for my personal basement LVP flooring and carpet. They returned my initial call within about an hour, and scheduled Nick to come out the next day. Nick brought the samples I had requested and a few others he thought I might be interested in. He provided me with a quote the same day. I went down to the showroom to look at more options, but ultimately stuck with one of the initial suggestions. The people in the showroom were extremely helpful and courteous. I received multiple quotes for the project and Havertown Carpet was very competitive. They scheduled my install promptly and notified me in advance when there was delay with my product. I was still scheduled within two weeks of that delay. They quoted me about two days for installation of 1100sf of flooring (with removal and prep) and they adhered to that schedule. Omar installed the flooring and did an awesome job. He and his team worked so hard to get the job done in the allotted time but didn't cut corners and the result was fantastic. I don't feel that they ever tried to upsell me or alter the scope from what I asked. I'm very happy with the results and have already referred them to a family member. I feel confident referring them to clients as well.

This is a great company, highly recommend. Everyone involved at their Havertown location is helpful and can work with you on your project so you do not need to worry if you cannot get a hold of your first person of contact. I did an entire room remodeling but had them install the floor, they worked with me every step of the way to ensure the floor fit with my schedule and what I envisioned for the room. Pete and Becky were the people who helped me choose the perfect flooring, while Steve and Andy were two of the most outstanding workers I have ever come across. They kept me informed at each step of the project, when it came to a decision they explained the options showed me the pros and cons, offered recommendations, and then allowed me to make the final say, and they did this with such enjoyment that I felt as if I was working with my friends. We had originally contracted with another local company, who misled us, so we parted ways. After contacting Havertown Carpet, we received an immediate, reasonable quote. While laying out the job, Pete did a thorough review of our condo (much more thorough than the other company) and made some very valid suggestions. We contracted with them at a reasonable price, and everything flowed right on schedule. We visited our new condo last night after they finished, and were stunned at how good it looks. Several transitions that Pete was a little wary of turned out great; much better than we expected after hearing Pete's analysis., We enthusiastically recommend Havertown Carpet, and--if we ever need any other work done--probably not look any farther than them.
