We hired Hawk flooring to replace the existing carpeting in our entire upstairs floor area. Ben and his associates were extremely professional and worked cleanly. They were considerate of our needs as we were living in the middle of the renovation. We had one room that already had wood flooring in it and Ben was able to match it so that the transition looks seamless. However, my favorite part of my gorgeous new floors is the thresholds. They are so precisely fit and installed that they just make me happy. Our floors are now beautiful.

Ben provided us with a custom, high quality, and professional stair runner installation. I found him on the International Certified Flooring Installers website and contacted him regarding the project. The next morning, he came by to discuss the project and take measurements. He responded to me with an estimate within 48 hours and completed the project in 2 days. We had several quotes for this project, and he was very reasonable in pricing. What you don't see in an estimate is Ben’s professionalism - he is friendly, punctual, well-organized, and left the work space clean at the end of both days. We’d hire Hawk Flooring again without question, and highly recommend contacting Ben for your flooring needs.

Ben was on top of it! I was about to order flooring from another place and I got his name literally at the last minute. I explained to him I had this immediate deadline and he pursed the job anyway and came in at a very fair price. After I confirmed with him, I changed my mind about the flooring and he just went with it and showed me other options I wouldn't have known existed. On the day of installation, he was prompt, friendly, and worked tirelessly to finish the job in a timely manner. And HE WAS CLEAN! I highly recommend Ben Hawk!!

Later we remodeled our master bathroom and hired him to install all the wall tile and all the shower tile. We were not disappointed. He really cares about his projects.
