Hessler Floor Covering

Kitchen Tile Backsplash Installed. I looked everywhere for this tile and had given up when I went into Hessler and there it was, I said sold when can you measure and install. Everything was simple and smooth, now I’m getting a quote on a different tile for an accent wall in our eat in area they really do have everything.

I was remodeling my bathroom and searched everywhere for interesting accent tile. Nobody compares to Hesslers! The styles & range of options is wonderful. I worked with Jeremy and was pleased with his vast knowledge of the products offered. The prices are excellent for the quality & uniqueness of the tile. Jeremy went over and above helping me, accommodating my tight timeframe & bundling multiple orders so I wasn’t running back and forth. I highly recommend looking for tile at Hesslers before you go anywhere else! I’ll definitely be back when I start my next project!

We had went to Lowes's to check out buying new carpet for our home. We left after the man helping us could no answer any questions we had or help us decide on type of carpet. I remembered that i drive by Hessler Flooring each day to and from work. As we entered we were met by Jeremy and with in an hour we had every question and type of carpet answered for us. Very Professional and also friendly as we got to know all about the history of Hessler and Jeremy and his family. He takes the time to explain the carpet design and different types. Ordering and paying was very easy and done by email as we had went to Ohio on vacation and would have been delayed if we had to wait for our return. Instillation was done by Ron and Mike and they were just outstanding also. They really took great control; on moving furniture and getting the carpet laid perfectly. The only mistake that was made was us going to Lowe's First!! Thank You Jeremy,Ron and Mike for a Job well done from start to finish. Make Hessler your first and last stop

Fawn Chestnut floors and agreeable grey paint with extra white (Sherwin Williams) trim is beautiful together. Tami and I could not be any happier. Jeremy made it happen. He worked with me on pricing and I wound up with beautiful tile throughout my entire home except for the bathrooms. That'll be next. Couldn't be happier! And Reyes and Jose did a terrific job on the installation. Great team! Even managed to not have to turn off my TV or disconnect my computer, a big concern of mine. All I can add is I highly recommend Hessler Floor Covering

I had a horrible experience with Hessler in Punta Gorda. The person who was supposed to come out and measure didn't show up. No one at Hessler seemed to care. Our information was lost and no one was accountable. Fortunately they had a good subcontractor who did an excellent job with the installation. He confirmed that the problems we had with Hessler were not unusual.

Unsatisfactory service from the Naples branch. We were doing a total remodel of our house and had been given Hessler as one of the recommended vendors our contractor worked with. The first person we dealt with kept losing all our information, twice in fact. We finally had someone else deal with us - we ordered the flooring for delivery a few months later when required by our contractor. Fortunately, we double checked our order a month before we expected it to be delivered only to be told that the entire stock had been allocated to a bigger job and we would have to choose an alternative. We fortunately were able to source flooring elsewhere which turned out to our liking. A lucky break to say the least. We would never consider using this company again nor recommend it.

Hessler Floors, HONEST, TIMELY, GREAT SELECTION, FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL. JEREMY was pleasant, understanding our needs and desires and showed us several options in various price ranges. Jeremy was Very accurate and stood by his price quote as well as his time frame for installation. JR his installer was able to install the wood tile plank flooring within 3 days of the quote and did an incredible job. Both Jeremy and JR were able to understand and provide the very rustic Mediterranean look we were desiring. We are already using Hessler Flooring for our next project which will entail tiling of our entire master bath and shower. We were planning to put 4000 square feet of Kahrs engineered wood floor in a new house we are building in Naples, Florida. We ordered one box, at a cost of over $400, to make sure we loved it. When it came we brought it home, laid it out and immediately noticed the boards were warped, dry and the edges were chipped and the tongue of the tongue and groove section was so misshapen that we couldn't get them to fit together. When we contacted Hessler Flooring they said they would call the distributor. A week later, they still hadn't contacted anyone. Finally, at our insistence, they contacted the distributor who indicated he would give us a $100 reimbursement. We then called the manufacturer who told us it was the distributors problem. We threw the boards away and would never deal with Hessler Flooring or Kahrs. Since we were going to purchase $60,000 of flooring new were shocked that they had no interest!!!
