Outstanding! This one word sums up the total experience my wife and I had working with Jabro Carpet One Floor & Home on the purchase and installation of our new kitchen, foyer and bathroom floors. Not only are we satisfied with the quality and beauty of the new floors, but we must note how hard the install team worked to remove our old kitchen floor. What at first looked like an unsurmountable task, the team did not give up. They put their noses to the grindstone with total dedication and completed the task at hand with perfection. We worked with Gloria in hardwoods for our first floor. We were replacing three different current (and 80's original flooring) with beautiful engineered floors that we worked closely with Gloria to select. She was also very knowledgeable about the tear-out of the current floors, the molding we were upgrading, and other flooring considerations we wouldn't have otherwise considered. The team worked so fast the entire project was done in two days. The results are beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased.

We hired Jabro to install vinyl plank flooring in our sun room after a rather unpleasant experience with a big box store (we did not hire). I just can't say enough good things about Jabro. This was not an easy job, ripping up old flooring (glued) leveling the floor, etc. It came out beautiful I believe thanks to a very experienced installer, Jim.

I recently purchased Mannington Vinyl Flooring (Adura Max) from Jabro's Carpet One. Worked with Sue on the product choice for our basement, she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. The product is a perfect match for our basement kitchen area. The installation crew was excellent. There was an existing vinyl floor that had to be removed as well as installation of the new Mannington floor. The crew kept us informed of the progress and was timely in completing the task. (Same crew that installed my kitchen tile a few years earlier). A carpet crew followed up the next day with some carpet edging. Excellent work. Nice to see a local business that kepts a dedicated installation team. Prices were very competive. I would highly recommend Jabro's Carpet One.

We had a new Mannington kitchen floor installed last week. I will never go any where else for any flooring needs. Gloria / Sherry were fantastic with providing me with the information on the flooring and installation. The installers did an outstanding job also. Everyone went above and beyond with the details. Wonderful experience!!!!

My husband and I have made 2 purchases from Jabro's since March 2016. The first was carpeting for stairs and a room size rug to cover hardwood floors under our bed. The second was for carpeting in our dog/computer room. Our experience was great from the first time we went end until the last room was completed. Dana our sales lady was great and even helped me with paint color. Also our installer Mitch was great and very professional.
