Great place to do business with. The staff was extremely professional and friendly -- a much better buying experience compared to the 'big box' stores -- and it helps the local economy. I would highly recommend Jake's Carpet in Hamlin, PA-- they had an excellent selection to choose from in their showroom, including books and books to order from if you did not find exactly what you wanted. Christine was very helpful in assisting with the selection process. Delivery was prompt and met expectations. I put area rugs from Jake's in nearly every room in my house after new floors were installed -- they look great and are of very high quality. Good decision to buy local at Jake's!

Jake's has installed carpeting in our living area and new vinyl flooring in our bathroom. They were very helpful and patient with the selection process, assessing our needs, giving advice about specific products , estimates for several types of flooring. It was easy to schedule installation and the installers were friendly, neat, and professional. There was follow-up after installation to see if there was any problems or questions. We were very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
