We worked with Dawn to redo our kitchen. I am very happy with the results. There has been nothing I would have different. Dawn was very comprehensive in the planning and very detailed. She showed us the plans on the computer and it made it easy for us to see and make changes in the design phase. The install was flawless and the materials were not damaged and very high quality. I am very happy with my new kitchen!!

When remodeling our home in Vero Beach we wanted to install the same Kemp cabinets we had used in a previous home in Cincinnati. We contacted Kemp and they referred us to J&J Carpet One as their local representative. We are so thankful we received that recommendation! Every aspect of the project from start to finish was a pleasure. Rob Naghdi did a fantastic job with the cabinet layout for our kitchen, bar and master bath. He thought of every little detail and the results speak for themselves. Ours was a substantial renovation and everyone here in Vero said you need to go with someone local, you won't get good customer service. Well, that could not have been further from the truth. Our cabinets beautiful Kemp cabinets were delivered and installed on time and a price far better than local offerings (for a much higher quality cabinet). When the time came for us to redo our guest house (kitchenette, 2 1/2 baths) we knew exactly who to call and guess what? The results were the same. Great layout and gorgeous cabinets delivered as promised! We highly recommend J&J, Rob and Kemp cabinets.

Ashley was very instrumental in helping us design and remodel our master bath. It was done in a timely manner with excellent and meticulous workers.

We had a very positive experience working with Brad who helped us pick out our Manila Oak laminate wood flooring for our Living room and our Family room and Carpet for our Hallway and Bedroom. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. J&J installers who installed our flooring and carpet, Chris, Ronnie and Blake were exceptional as well. Their eye to detail really showed in the finished product. They were very professional and accommodating as well. Thank you J&J! Great Job.

Our project began with a small water leak and subsequent damage in our home office and grew to encompass replacing all the main floor tile and most of the carpet. Brad Warburton did an exceptional job of coordinating the tile, carpet, and counter top replacement teams in-between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The tiling crew chosen by Brad did an amazing job especially considering the difficulty in removing the existing tile. Carpet, counters, and baseboard crews were also truly experts in their particular areas. All crews were polite, considerate and very easy to work with. Brad was involved throughout the project and was always reachable, knowledgeable and ready to answer any of our questions no matter how small or insignificant. The project timeline went as expected with only minor extensions due to the difficulty of removing the original tile which we knew could be a factor. The total cost was determined at the beginning of the project and there were no additional expenses. We would definitely go with J&J Carpet One Floor & Home for any future remodeling!

We chose J & J Carpet One over 5 other companies based on the wide plank hardwood they offered, the competitively priced bid and our comfort with Brad and his assurance that they stand by their work. Jack, Zack & Matt did an excellent job with the carpet and tile removal and hardwood install. They were personable, professional and very responsive to any concerns we had (which were few!). The job was done on time and on schedule. The day I made the final payment I noticed that there was an issue with a board right by my front door. I called Brad and true to his word he said they would replace it. Jack & Zack just completed the replacement and it looks great. We're very satisfied with our experience at J & J and can highly recommend them.

We were on a very tight schedule to complete the remodel of our kitchen, which included removing walls, lighting, cabinets and flooring. Brittany said she could get the job done in six weeks, and she did!!! She provided knowledgeable insight to help us make informed decisions. Brad provided us with a wealth of information on all types of flooring, that allowed us to choose the best possible flooring for not only our kitchen, but our living room and bedroom as well. Their subcontractors were extremely professional and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend J&J, and Brad and Brittany specifically, to anyone considering a remodeling project.

After soliciting opinions, expertise, recommendations, and designs for our Kitchen remodel from several designers, we were most impressed with Brittany's rendition of our future Kitchen. The overall design maximized space in all areas, transformed storage space, and allowed plenty of room for movement. We are especially pleased with the Pantry Cabinent, which was Brittany's idea. Brittany was the perfect designer for our project in that she is patient, responsive to questions posed, returns calls/emails promptly, punctual, and is simply an expert in her field. The quality of Cabinetry, Hardware, Countertops, Backsplash Tile, and Floor Tile samples are most impressive. The possible combinations were endless, but Brittany was able to combine the samples into the beautiful, impressive kitchen we enjoy today. She not only transformed the kitchen, but her design has enhanced the look of our entire first floor. Brittany utilizes many different people to make one's vision a reality. All of the professionals involved in our project took great care to ensure a near flawless installation. We were impressed with the attention to detail and top notch workmanship by all who helped create our new kitchen. We offer our highest recommendation for Brittany and will ask her to design our next project. We would to thank the entire J&J Carpet One team for designing and creating our beautiful, functional Kitchen (Vinny and Melvin- floor and backsplash tile, Mark and Mark- Cabinet, molding, and Hardware installation, Barry and Jason- electrical).

My kitchen is almost finished, just need to add water (hookup scheduled for next Tuesday, after Labor Day), and a tile back splash (still shopping). Brittany was great to work with, she had great ideas and helped me coordinate the backsplash and quartz countertop. I had numerous meetings with her to finalize the layout of the kitchen and to select the products and she was always so patient and pleasant to deal with. She always retuned calls, emails or text messages promptly. The kitchen came out beautiful!!!

Dawn Johns is a consummate professional, a great designer, and a lot of fun. She and her whole team work with you to completely plan, schedule and manage the project from start to finish. My wife and I consider her to be part of our family and hopefully a good friend forever!
