Lake Murray Floor Covering

From our first with Kara to Anthony delivering the product to the installation and clean up (great team of 6) we are pleased with the whole experience. The workers made me feel like I was a friend. I was sitting outside and one of the guys turned a fan towards me to keep me cool. Great job to all.

Started having problems with my floors and my wife contacted Bill Greene and he acted like he cared but nothing got fixed. Problems continued to get worse after Bill sent Jamie out to super glue the pieces together. They claim there is life time warranty on the floors but they will not file the claim so I’m left with floors falling apart. What a terrible company.

I had a horrible experience with Lake Murray floor covering. They made all the promises in the world and promised to get me a specific product, they then asked for half the money upfront which I gave them. Then when the product was delivered it was nothing like what I had ordered. Not the same size etc. Then he made it impossibly hard for me to get my money back. Which by the way I never got back (thus far). The media and the court systems will take care of this.

Extremely professional and helpful. You couldn't ask for better service. Katie was a big help and knowledgeable in color & pattern selection. She put my mind at ease once I made my final selections. Installation of the porcelain floors and tile backsplash in the kitchen exceeded my expectations. The installation crew are trustworthy and dependable. I felt very comfortable with the installation crew that came to my home. I felt comfortable enough leaving them alone to run errands. They always arrived on time in the mornings. Upon completion of the project, the installation crew cleaned everything up. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Great product and speedy service. Told me exactly what I needed and narrowed down the choices immediately so I didn't spend hours looking at products that wouldn't work for my space. Will definitely use them again!

As for the job, it was not well done. The installers have done a horrible job on my floor there is raised valley and hills in my floor, the wood has scratch chips, over by my hearth is high on one side and low on the other. The hearth on the wood side have wood cut marks showing, over by my bedroom it should have a smooth going from one room to my carpet room the installers cut approximately 1 1/2 inches where he cut the carpet pad back so now I have a dented in area where he cut the pad so it flat then it pops up to full carpet and pad 1 1/2 inches in my room, I was also promised that my family room floors that they were installing would line up with my floors in my front rooms and hallway/entrance way and part of them do and part of them don't . I have been I contact with the manager all along he's been out to my house several times with or without anyone else I have had his lead installer agree that they weren't done right and they are suppose to take out this flooring and replace them with proper installing. The reason that I gave them three stars is because of the promise of redoing my floors otherwise I wouldn't give them any. I think the manager is honest and I believe he will do the right thing and replace them like he said. Once my floors have been fixed I will upgrade their 3 stars to 5.

They were always professional and very helpful. Never had to wait and returned all my phone calls within hours. Small store front gave me the personal touch I needed.

We purchased high grade vinyl flooring. Very pleased with product. All staff very helpful in store and installer was awesome.
