Jeff is the man! Not only was he incredibly flexible with my changing dates and times of locations for the turn-over of our units, but he also gave us service and pricing for installation, all materials including the hauling away of the really old carpet and padding. Our experience with Maloney carpet one was great from initial consultation on flooring through payment options and installation. Staff in store and on site installers were friendly and courteous.

The staff at Maloney Carpet is well-informed and courteous. They are conscientious about budget and style. I appreciate that the installers are really good about minimizing the amount of carpet needed. All in all, I have had multiple good experiences with them.

Gray porcelain floor tiles and white ceramic wall tiles in two bathrooms. Shower stall in bathroom 1: two ceramic walls; one glass wall; glass door; curb and center drain. Walk-in shower in bathroom 2: L-shaped, three full-height walls; two half-walls topped by glass; no curb; linear drain. One bench in each bathroom. Homeowner provided design; Maloney executed design using subcontracted labor. Subcontractor personnel and the quality of their work were excellent. They suggested refinements to the deign. Maloney was professional and easy to work with.

The folks at Maloney are great to work with on carpet, and any flooring that a customer might want, either new construction or remodel or updating. Suzanne our sales rep was great to work with, went beyond the call on visiting our home to review where the carpet was going, how we wanted the seams to run, and very helpful in selection. The estimator, Tom was also very professional in making sure the room was laid out right, and very helpful. The installer that was assigned to our job, took the necessary time in making sure the carpet was what we wanted, how it was to be laid in the room, and went beyond our expectation. Great Company to work with. No complaints.

The work was completed in a very timely and professional manner. They did not consider the job completed until we were completely satisfied. They were also courteous and offered suggestions and demonstrated ways for keeping the carpet clean in the future.

I had some water damage a few years back from our Washing machine. We decided to go w/ Maloney Carpet One Floor & Home. I was NOT disappointed. They were professional, personable, and did a great job installing the flooring. I would use them again and plan on using them to recarpet our home.
