Ordered four custom made rugs for our new home. We had excellent service and tremendous help in determining the types of rugs that would go with our decor. The staff was wonderful in making suggestions and the pricing was very reasonable for custom made rugs as compared to pre-made rugs. The rugs were delivered on time and the installers did not leave until our very large rugs were positioned exactly perfectly.
