I contacted MCP out of desperation to help with overwhelming pet odor on my carpeted stairs. Seth called to help me understand the issues and set my expectations about getting such odors out and he scheduled "Juan" to tackle the project. I was so pleased with the result, I stopped him before he completely packed up and asked Juan to steam clean my laminate floors, too! He also steam cleaned my dining room chairs before he left.
