Michael's Carpet & Flooring

Our experience with Michael’s Carpet has been amazing. We just used them again in our new house for a runner on the stairs. Our cat likes to "supervise" their installer Adelcio, who is always above and beyond accommodating and friendly to his unexpected little helper.

A big thank you to Andrea for her fabulous advice on carpet design and even paint color! Another big thank you to Susan for her perfect measurements which enabled me to save money. Michael’s team of installers were top notch. I am thrilled with my new carpet! Stop looking elsewhere - personal attention and quality is here at Michael’s Carpet & Flooring.

Michael's Carpet is our go-to place for carpeting. We have high expectations for quality and design. Andrea and Susan expertly work with you and have consistently delivered beautiful carpeting that meets all our criteria. From measuring to design, selection and final delivery they have always been there to assure we get the carpeting we envision. Michael's Carpet truly delivers without any issues. We totally recommend them.

Been happily using Michael's Carpet and Flooring for many years. Andrea and Susan are absolutely the BEST! Always helpful, knowledgable, professional and fair. Not to mention their turn-around time is great too! Their installers are prompt, professional and meticulous as well. We have redone our entire house from the basement all the way up through our entry foyer and bedrooms--using Michael's each time over the years. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Andrea and Susan are not only extremely professional and focus on every detail, but they are also a pleasure to work with. As an Interior Design, it is important to have knowledgable vendors that have a good eye for design along with recommending products that fit the needs of each project. Michael's Carpet & Flooring is the entire package. I will continue to recommend them to all my design clients. Debbie Boggio, DB Designs

Michael’s Carpet has the best selection of designs for any need. Custom area rugs, staircase runners, or wall to wall. As a designer this is the first place I go for myself and clients. Michael’s Carpet are excellent to work with. The two installers are amazing. They are very careful with the moving of furniture and they are very clean. They really understand carpet and the installation process. This is the third time we have used them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Everything about this experience in looking for a carpet runner for our stairs and hallway was fantastic. Andrea and Sue are super helpful and patient. We are so very happy with the carpet that we selected.

These women exceeded my expectations in every way. They were very service-minded, helping me find the appropriate carpet for my needs (stairs, pets, high wear area, etc.) as soon as I walked in the door. They were not at all high pressure and got me samples to really see what would work for my needs. Their vendors were very efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all and then when the installers came, more efficiency! The installers asked me some questions and did a beautiful job! I couldn't have been happier and I'm very picky when it comes to home decorating. The best I've ever experienced. Don't hesitate to use them!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Michael's Carpet - Andrea and Susan are a "dream" to work with. Their expertise, friendliness, business knowledge or wonderful. They have a great variety of products and knowledge with regard to each product. Their installation crew is meticulous - and time - courteous. Thank you for everything Andrea and Susan!

Andrea and Susan were the best! A truly professional experience from the sale to the installation. Such a pleasure to not have to travel to a big box store.
