Been happily using Michael's Carpet and Flooring for many years. Andrea and Susan are absolutely the BEST! Always helpful, knowledgable, professional and fair. Not to mention their turn-around time is great too! Their installers are prompt, professional and meticulous as well. We have redone our entire house from the basement all the way up through our entry foyer and bedrooms--using Michael's each time over the years. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

These women exceeded my expectations in every way. They were very service-minded, helping me find the appropriate carpet for my needs (stairs, pets, high wear area, etc.) as soon as I walked in the door. They were not at all high pressure and got me samples to really see what would work for my needs. Their vendors were very efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all and then when the installers came, more efficiency! The installers asked me some questions and did a beautiful job! I couldn't have been happier and I'm very picky when it comes to home decorating. The best I've ever experienced. Don't hesitate to use them!!!
