Great company for new flooring. They offer the total package: designers to help with product selection, and outstanding installers. Highly recommend! We moved last summer, and had them install new flooring through most of the house.

We were not disappointed in the superior quality of installation and the friendly customer service advice that helped us to decide what carpet product and color to use. As I walk around the house I am delighted at the detailed craftmanship of the intallation. The edges are far superior to our old rug and in some places I think "how did they do that?! We will continually recommending Michael's to our friends. They are very easy to work with.

Having previously hired Michael's a year prior to install a new floor in my four season room, I now had a major renovation to tackle and they were the only company I wanted for this job. I needed to unify the flooring in three rooms, a foyer, and a hallway. I wanted a quality product that would look great in all those spaces and one that would transition smoothly with the remaining floors. Their recommendations and advice were priceless and I so appreciate their patience and expertise in helping me achieve the look I desired. The installation took four days, but the workers were very considerate and worked as unobtrusively as humanly possible. I could not be happier with my beautiful floor! Now, even months later it still makes me smile like the day it was completed! There is absolutely no question that Michael"s is the very best flooring people.

The floor was installed perfectly and on schedule. The installers were very nice. The floor has shown no wear, even after a year of use. Everyone loves the floor.

Mr. Reed was very helpful in choosing the flooring, and extra helpful in scheduling the installation to help me to be able to move back into my home. He also came to my home to see how the installation was progressing. The installers did a great job, and were polite and efficient. The flooring looks good and will be easy to maintain which was a primary concern. I think that the cost was comparable to the large home centers and I had more confidence in the information provided by Mr. Reed. I know that the installation process was simpler. I hope to have additional flooring installed in the future and will definitely choose Michael's. Mr. Reed is so friendly and helpful that it made the experience that much better.

Excellent customer service, excellent installers. From the time we went into the showroom,until we had the finished product, all was done very professionally. We had wood floors installed, and they are superb.

Material/ knowledge-Great recommendations on materials both carpet and vinyl. Installation- VERY professional installation. Multi rooms, that took several days. Timing was as quoted, clean up every day, and finished product was as I had hoped. I looked at several businesses before choosing MIchael's. I made the right choice.
