I am an Interior Designer in East Bay and have been using Modern Rugs for all my Residential projects for last 1 year. Their selection , custom capabilities and customer service is always excellent. It's always wonderful to work with my sales Rep Brad Moody as he brings wealth of knowledge and personal touch to every single project. They were wonderful to provide the mock up of the Custom pieces with the selected yarns from CFareed collection. My Clients love the wonderful pieces from them. Their prices are reasonable and excellent customer service.

Modern Rugs has been my “go to” website for a couple of years when I have wanted to browse interesting designs and recently decided I to buy a rug for my newly renovated home. I had decided on a Christopher Fareed design and dealt with a couple of different representatives to arrange the purchase and shipping to my home here in Canada. Everyone was courteous, polite and helpful. Unfortunately I hit issues with Canada Customs and worked with Zachary who went well above and beyond to facilitate as best he could. I highly recommend Modern Rugs for their selection and service.

ModernRugs.com completed two projects for me. They made one of their patterns with my colors and they produced a uniquely shaped (kidney bean) rug that I designed. For both projects they were helpful, accurate and timely. The rugs were more than fairly priced and we are very happy with the finished results. I would definately use them again and have (and will) recommend this company to my friends. Very satisfied customer!
