If you are looking for a carpet retailer, who has access to multiple carpet manufacturer products, and is a stickler when it comes to matching your choices and quality control??? This is the place. We placed an order for a specific carpet, according to sample boards, and twice the warehouse shipment to O’Krent did not meet the board sample. O’Krent noted the discrepancy, notified us, and after the second order came in again, a mismatch, we ordered another carpet. This carpet arrived, met their approval in being a match for our choice, but again, checked with us prior to delivery. Then a crew was promptly scheduled. The installation crew of 3 very professional gentlemen could not have been nicer, neater, or faster. They were polite and made a significant effort to keep everything clean and leave a carpet perfectly in place. We would absolutely choose O’Krent again!

We walked into the showroom not knowing exactly what we wanted and were assisted by Jason who was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We headed out with a few samples and he came out to measure the next day. Less than two weeks later installation began on two bedrooms and a stairway. The results were so amazing we immediately contracted to have two more rooms done. Frank Cruz was the installer and he was professional, reliable and did a fabulous job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process

O'Krent's was recommended to me for our tile/wood floor needs by our neighbor. They have a great showroom with so many brands, styles, and colors it is overwhelming, but nice to have the choice. We decided to replace the carpet in our bedrooms to help with our daughter's allergies and to give the house a different look. We went to their showroom to pick out the wood floors and decided instead on the wood look plank ceramic porcelain tiles. Our salesperson gave us all the time we needed to make a decision, did a free installation visit, and measurement, and explained the pros and cons of wood vs tile and then gave us time to decide on what we wanted. the store loaned us some samples to see what the tiles looked like in our house and that helped us with our final decision. So we hired them to do the bedrooms and we liked it so much, we re-hired them to do the rest of the house. The wood tiles are beautiful and so much easy to care for than real wood (which we have had before and love, but wood tiles are our current preference). The installation team who did the work really knew what they were doing as well. Polite and professionally skilled they took up the old rugs and tiles and gave us a run down of the process from start to finish, told us what they expected to get done on a given day and did an outstanding job crafting solutions to some odd shapes and sizes. We loved the work O'Krents did and we would recommend them to anyone wanting an excellent floor covering with professional installation. They are great.

I had the carpet replaced in my entire house except a few rooms. It is like a new house. The work was done quickly and it looks fabulous. They accommodated my schedule which wasn't easy. I would highly recommend them to do flooring.
