I dropped off a few carpets for Restoration/Repair. Both Mr. Pezeshk and Mr. Daliri immediately began working on the items I had delivered with great haste as I was on a time crunch. They thoroughly explained and walked me through the restoration process of each individual carpet, along with constantly reassuring me their work would produce excellent results. Additionally, they were very fair when it came to the fees associated with the project. In so doing, they did an exemplary job with the restoration and repair work on all of my carpets, and I highly recommend their services to anyone who is in need of excellent restorers.

Had a wool and bamboo silk rug that needed cleaning. Faramarz picked it up and delivered it back to me…even helped me put it back in place. Nice to see service like this is still around!! The rug looks great. Would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend the Pacific Rug Gallery for both excellent service and the quality of the rugs. Looking for a specific size for our hall was a challenge and we also wanted a transitional design. We bought a beautiful rug that was cut to size, hand fringed on the cut side and a small rug also hand fringed from the remaining piece. The men in the showroom were very helpful to pick out some options from their large selection. They displayed my top three choices from the selection so I could see the whole rug and make a decision.
