Hired Redmann's Flooring in Anoka to install vinyl flooring in 2 rooms and an entryway. I was left with damaged wallboard, including a baseball-sized hole on one wall. Trim, cut too short, was installed. Vinyl, cut irregularly, was installed, leaving large, zigzag gaps at the entryway. Installers failed to clean up after themselves, failed to wear shoe covers on my hardwood floor, and actually used my wool living room rug as a work surface. I was asked by an installer, "Don't you know anyone who [can fix the damaged wallboard]?" The store representative encouraged me to just cover the entryway flooring with additional floor trim. Never again. If possible, I would leave no stars.

This company has provided products and service to us for many years. They are very professional and friendly. There are other "big box" carpet/flooring stores near us, but I would NEVER buy from any of them! Redmann's has a reputation in our community of Anoka, MN as being a quality business and I support local businesses! Mike has helped us with so many different projects and his crew is absolutely amazing! They are extremely efficient but take the greatest care to the attention to detail. I have referred so many friends to this company and they have all been as happy as I have been over the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase any flooring material!
