We have used Riemer Floors, working with Kimberly Riemer, on a number of occasions, most recently to replace the carpet in my Mother's condo. Kimberly worked within our budget to find just the right product for our needs. The installers, Ole and his coworker, did an excellent job and were very respectful of the environment in which they were working. I will always use Riemer Floors and Kimberly Riemer for any future flooring needs.

We recently had new flooring installed in our home. We chose Cortec Norwegian maple vinyl planks for the kitchen and foyer and Karastan Jurisdiction Warm Sand carpeting for the living room and stairway. It is so beautiful. The Cortec looks like real wood, not pseudo wood. Even if someone got down on their knees and felt the floor, they wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The carpeting weave is short, but so soft and plush, I've never felt anything like it. It has a guarantee for wear and stain resistance like I've never seen before. We chose Riemer because they did such a great job on our flooring 16 years ago. Our salesman was so helpful, he quickly zeroed in on what we envisioned we wanted and gave us a very good price. They had a tight schedule that they adhered to, and I received many phone calls about what to expect and whether I was pleased with the result. They have their own installers, who are such nice men. Very meticulous in their workmanship and they speak highly of the company. Each one has over 30 years of experience in their field and have been employees of the company for nearly as long. One of the men told me Riemer has been in business for 80 years. They are pros in their industry.

We are extremely pleased with our carpet purchase and installation. Our sales person, Dave O. was very informative and helpful. The installation was done by Doug, his attention to every detail was remarkable! The result is beautiful, we are so appreciative of his fine work.

Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Call Dave Ohlinger and have him come out to your home or office. He is a pro's pro. Riemer did everything that they said they would do. The communication was great and the installers were excellent. Our rooms look fantastic and we are very pleased.

Even though the salesman told me my job would take a week and a half, it took seven and a half. No one took responsibility for the many things that went wrong and none of the owners would talk to me.

Excellent Company to work with! My builder used Riemer Floors as their flooring provider so when we wanted to add hardwood to our great room we started with Riemer Floors for our project. It was the right choice from the start. The sales people are very professional, friendly, and consistent. Our great room was about 400 sqft of carpet that we wanted removed and replaced with hardwood to match as closely as the hardwood we had on the rest of the downstairs. Given the original wood was ASH, and not as readily available anymore, Riemer came out with several product samples to choose form within a few days of first call to them. We picked the flooring, doing an accent border (yes a bit more cost for labor), and booked the install date for a few weeks later. They delivered the wood (and baseboard, caulk, etc.) as promised on a Monday and crew ( 2 people) came the following Thursday to removed carpet and install flooring. They were finished by the following day at noon, cleaned up the craps, etc. could not believe how fast they worked and the quality is as great as the original hardwood they installed when we built the home in 2008. Go with Riemer Floors, you will not be disappointed.
