Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Call Dave Ohlinger and have him come out to your home or office. He is a pro's pro. Riemer did everything that they said they would do. The communication was great and the installers were excellent. Our rooms look fantastic and we are very pleased.

Even though the salesman told me my job would take a week and a half, it took seven and a half. No one took responsibility for the many things that went wrong and none of the owners would talk to me.

Excellent Company to work with! My builder used Riemer Floors as their flooring provider so when we wanted to add hardwood to our great room we started with Riemer Floors for our project. It was the right choice from the start. The sales people are very professional, friendly, and consistent. Our great room was about 400 sqft of carpet that we wanted removed and replaced with hardwood to match as closely as the hardwood we had on the rest of the downstairs. Given the original wood was ASH, and not as readily available anymore, Riemer came out with several product samples to choose form within a few days of first call to them. We picked the flooring, doing an accent border (yes a bit more cost for labor), and booked the install date for a few weeks later. They delivered the wood (and baseboard, caulk, etc.) as promised on a Monday and crew ( 2 people) came the following Thursday to removed carpet and install flooring. They were finished by the following day at noon, cleaned up the craps, etc. could not believe how fast they worked and the quality is as great as the original hardwood they installed when we built the home in 2008. Go with Riemer Floors, you will not be disappointed.

We had a salesman, Mark Wiacek, who went out of his way to help us find flooring for our kitchen and hallway. He took a sample of a floor we had in another part of the house (which was no longer available) and came up with a great match. The installation was done in a timely manner by a very professional and friendly crew. I would not hesitate to recommend Reimer for sales and installation.

Paul has been very helpful and honest. He helped us pick a quality carpet with a premium feel without spending a fortune. Quick turnaround time on the measurement and helps make the install convenient.

We had a very postive experience with the staff. Mario, the installer, went way beyond the call of duty. First he said the original carpet we order would not work. It was sent back per his informed recommendation. The second carpet we ordered he installed with experience expertise as he lined up the pattern. Mario is a STAR of the company.
