The experience has been awful. They are charging to fix a problem they created. I was told that they would reach out to me and someone would be out to look at my buckled flooring but instead I was told to take pictures and they would charge me for their mistake of not allowing the flooring to expand without buckling. The customer service person could hear the creaking from my floor on the phone when I walked on it. Also the flooring pattern was done wrong. They might be cheaper than other companies, but you will pay in the end.

Kathryn Irish, RiteRug Customer Service Representative, started the repair order immediately and called me when the repair flooring arrived and then, scheduled the repair. Initial flooring installation done May, 2025. Repair done July, 2025. Thank you.

Kathryn Irish was a fantast customer service representative! She deserves a raise! She took care of the situation and scheduled someone out to fix my floor quickly. I love Rite Rug and will continue to use them for all of my flooring needs.

The best way to write a review on a company is when there is a minor issue. They had installed the wrong flooring and I had let them know. They came out a few days later and reinstalled the correct flooring. They did it with urgency and the two installers did an amazing job. I live in a pricey home and I’m very particular on how things look, and they made cuts that I didn’t think were possible. Special shout out to Will, Chuck, and the two amazing installers.

The staff at RiteRug did a great job -- from the start of the job with Kevin Wright coordinating everything, the team led by Angel, and finally by Joanne Scott who was the customer care person navigating a small issue with the flooring that popped up a week after installation and Ron Dawson, who was a perfectionist and fixed the issue so thoroughly I don't imagine I'll ever need to call again. Nicely done everyone and thank you for a great product.

RiteRug, and in particular Scott Thomas was fantastic to work with. This is the 2nd time we’ve worked with RiteRug Flooring installing hard woods in our home. We decided to remove carpeting in two bedrooms. Scott was instrumental in making sure we had the right color match. His installation team was great, we couldn’t be happier. Kudos on customer service, installation and follow up. Worked with an amazing team which included Kelly (Sensitive Information Hidden) in customer service support and Chris (Sensitive Information Hidden) at the Gahanna/New Albany store to fix an issue with the first installation of flooring from another store. They worked together to get the right flooring for our home. In addition the installation team and support from Greg was top notch service. Kelly (Sensitive Information Hidden) from Customee Service, Earnest at the Brioad Stree Store and Urban were excellent. We had a problem with our floor. The three of them worked together to see that we were satisfied. Urban did an outstanding job repairing the issue that the other installers said it could not be done. They stayed in constant communication until we were happy.

Flooring installation August 3rd 2023 Installers glued transitions strips to floor leaving glue stops thru a lot of the new floors Contact Rite Rug the same day flooring was installed On November the 3rd 2023 issues with the flooring was resolved During the three months to resolve there were several calls to Rite Rug trying to achieve resolution but little action just delays waiting on someone to review and then delays while deciding what may be done Also there were delays in ordering flooring due miss communication internally at Rite Rug Bottom line flooring now in and we are thankful Rite Rug should review there costumer complain procedure it leaves a lot to be desired

I have beautiful floors from the basement to the top floor. I absolutely would recommend Rite Rug for all flooring. The experience was wonderful and professional. They took care of my home and my time commitment. Always kept their appointments. Very professional and nice to work with. Rob came back to my house finished my doorways and did an excellent job. He really liked the special finishes to match the house. Great job.
